Description
This catalogue accompanies the exhibition, Kewpie – Daughter of District Six. The exhibition is focussed on the content of the Kewpie Collection, which is the personal photographic collection of Kewpie, a hairdresser and renown queer person who lived in Cape Town’s District Six. The exhibition and catalogue was a collaboration between GALA Queer Archive and the District Six Museum.
